ELMER R. RIVERA

A retired Credit Manager with expertise on Property Appraisal and Credit Investigation.

For 17 years, he handled the Credit Investigation and Appraisal Division of Metrobank with the position of First Vice President until his retirement last March 15, 2022. Has more than 30 years experience on both field with several banks.

Still active in conducting seminar on Real Estate Appraisal and Credit Investigation with the Rural Bankers Association of the Philippines (RBAP).

Previously, he was engaged by several credit organizations such as Bankers Association Institute of the Philippines (BAIPHIL), Credit Management Association of the Philippines (CMAP)to conduct lecture on property appraisal.

Previously, he represented the Institute of Philippine Real Estate Appraisers Inc. (IPREA) as an examiner in the licensure exam for property appraisal with the DTI and PRC.

As a manifestation and proof of expertise in the field of appraisal, he topped the licensure exam on Real Estate Appraisal given in November 2002.

Has been commended several times by the Bankers Institute of the Philippines, Inc (BAIPHIL), Bankers Association of the Philippines (BAP) and other financial institution for the valuable contribution in his field of expertise.
