Organizational Structure

In an annual membership meeting, members elect eleven (11) Board of Directors. The Board of Directors elects the officer who carry out the plans and programs of CMAP through the different working committees. The Secretariat is responsible for the over all administration of CMAP.

Credit Education and Research Committee

This committee is responsible for providing continuing education and training to members and other credit and collection practitioners through seminars and workshops on various aspects of credit and collection management and other related fields.

Credit Information Services Committee

This committee is responsible for providing members with credit information services necessary to facilitate credit evaluation and decision making.

Committee Charter
To provide CMAP Members with a useful, accurate and timely credit information necessary in facilitating credit evaluation of a prospective client/applicant to arrive at a sound credit decision.

Finance Committee

This committee is responsible for preparing the annual budget, assisting in the collection of receivables of CMAP, overseeing the financial condition of CMAP and ensuring adequate liquidity level through efficient cash management.

To Assist the Secretariat in the preparation of the annual budget and financial statements.
To monitor, cash flow of the Association and to control expenses on various activities.
To improve efficiency in collection of the Association’s receivables.

Legal and Ethics Committee

This committee is responsible for handling all legal matters and issues involving Credit Management Association of the Philippines (CMAP).

Committee Charter

To maintain at all times the vigilance necessary to assure good laws for sound credit and assure  equality and justice in Credit Transaction.
To prepare position papers for the Association issues of national significance that affect the Association and the Credit Profession.
To conduct study of malpractices; if any, committed by creditmen in the exercise of their profession and recommend ways and means to avoid them.

Membership Committee

This committee is responsible for recruiting and sustaining membership by creating an atmosphere of belonging among members, processing and evaluating applications for membership and establishing and maintaining linkages with other credit associations.

To encourage active members participants in CMAP activities.
To sustain membership.

National Credit Congress Committee

This committee is responsible for undertaking the necessary plans and preparations for the holding of the Credit Congress which is the culminating activity of CMAP every fiscal year and also its participation in the yearly celebration of the “National Credit Consciousness Week”.

​

Committee Charter

To hold the National Credit Congress, the culminating activity for the fiscal year and the    association’s participation in the celebration of National Credit Consciousness Week.

Programs, Sports and Fellowship Committee

This committee is responsible for promoting/undertaking fitness, fostering camaraderie and fellowship among members through sports activities, generating funds to finance projects for the benefit of the members and the preparations for the association’s general membership meeting.

To undertake preparation in all General Membership Meeting of the Association.
To promote fellowship, camaraderie and wellness among the Association.
To raise fund for the Association’s Outreach Program.

Social Involvement Committee

This committee is responsible  in undertaking plans and preparations of all association’s outreach programs/activities.

To undertake the Association’s Outreach Program and to support the government effort for the environmental protection.
