About the Role

Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized, creative, and dynamic Business Development and Affairs Officer to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and contribute to the company’s growth strategy; also plan and execute corporate and social events. This role involves market research, client acquisition, strategic planning, and events coordination.

Key Responsibilities:
•Identify and pursue new business opportunities
•Build and maintain strong client relationships
•Conduct research, develop and present business proposals
•Track performance metrics and prepare reports
•Plan and organize events from concept to completion
•Manage logistics, vendor/suppliers and venues coordination, and ensure seamless event execution
•Manage event budgets and timelines
•Ensure smooth on-site execution and post-event evaluation

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field

  • Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, and event planning or coordination

  • Strong interpersonal abilities, communication and negotiation skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office, Advertising and Event management tools

  • Skill in social media management and content creation & automation

  • Willingness to travel and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
