About the Role

Job Summary:
The Business Development Associate supports the organization's growth by identifying business opportunities, managing client and member relationships, coordinating marketing initiatives, and organizing corporate events. The role contributes to membership growth, brand visibility, and the successful execution of CMAP programs and activities.

Key Responsibilities:
●Drive membership growth through lead generation, cold calling, email campaigns, and other business development initiatives.
●Promote CMAP's services, programs, training, events, and membership benefits to prospective members, clients, and partners.
●Prepare proposals, presentations, contracts, service agreements, and other business development materials.
●Schedule and coordinate meetings, support client onboarding, and maintain positive relationships with members, clients, and stakeholders.
●Create promotional materials, posters, event programs, and marketing content for trainings, seminars, conferences, industry updates, and other CMAP activities.
●Plan and coordinate trainings, seminars, conferences, and member events, including venue arrangements, suppliers, registrations, announcements, and invitations.
●Identify organizations, associations, and industry groups that can help expand CMAP's network and strategic partnerships.
●Prepare reports, meeting minutes, business correspondence, and performance updates, and assist management with special projects and other assigned tasks.
