About the Role
Job Summary:
The Accounting Staff is responsible for providing day-to-day support in the organization’s accounting and financial operations, including recording financial transactions, billing, collections, disbursements, documentation, and maintenance of accounting records. The position assists in ensuring that financial transactions are accurately recorded, properly documented, and processed in accordance with established accounting procedures and organizational policies.
Key Responsibilities:
•Assist in maintaining accurate financial and accounting records
•Support month-end closing processes, including account reconciliations
•Process invoices and manage accounts payable and receivable
•Prepare financial reports for management review
•Support audits by providing required documentation
•Identify and resolve accounting discrepancies
•Ensure compliance with accounting standards, procedures, and applicable laws
•Handle tax-related tasks as required
