About the Role
Overview:
We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Accounting Officer to support our financial operations. This role is vital in ensuring our financial records are accurate, timely, and compliant with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
•Maintain and update financial records and ledgers
•Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
•Reconcile accounts and monitor cash flow
•Ensure compliance with BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and other government agencies
•Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
•Support internal and external audits
•Utilize accounting software for transaction processing and reporting
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting, or related field
CPA license is an advantage
Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance
Proficient in accounting systems
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Knowledge of Philippine tax laws and financial regulations
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
