About the Role
Provides assistance to CMAP members on issues related to the CMAP system, including orientation, usage assistance and other related concerns, within the agreed SLA.
Provides technical support. to users by researching and answering questions, troubleshooting problems, and maintaining workstation and LAN performance.
Provides answer to members by identifying problems, researching answer, and guiding clients through corrective steps, in relation to CMAP application concerns.
Escalates tickets to supervisor if cannot resolve issues within the agreed SLA.
Assists in technical setups and running of technical operations during CMAP events and activities.
Requirements
Must be a graduate of 4 years IT related course.
can converse well in English and engage with clients.
Must have pleasing personality.
Must have the following: PAG-IBIG, SSS, TIN
